GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES

I - GENERAL

The shoes that you will receive will be made according to the measurements and choices which you will send to us.
The taking of measurement is a succession of simple and accessible operations. The information which is requested of you is sufficiently
full and precise to fit the shoe perfectly to your foot without any error being possible.
CAUTION : A shoe made to measure is neither too tight nor too ample; but adjusted so that there is neither stretching
nor abnormal work for optimal comfort and maximum durability. Contrary to the ready made shoe which must adjust itself
by widening, the adjusted upper will gradually come to fit the foot at the most ample areas
.
The shoes that you will receive will be a faithful reproduction of the model that you will create.
A tolerance is however required for the colours and the " grain " of leathers
which are natural and variable materials according to their source, their texture and the dyes.
The proportion of the fixed accessories such as buckles, hooks, eyelets etc... can vary according to the required size.
Also, the interpretation of the coloured images is related to the various computer configurations
for which we cannot be held responsible.
In addition to the above mentioned variations, the only modifications which can be made to your model will result directly from the contents of the heading " preferences "
in which you will express choices on purely optional bases but not necessarily workable.
So the model represented in its final construction with the options imposed by defect thus remains priority in all cases.
The probability of manufacturing defect is nil.

II - GUARANTEES

Taking into account these conditions and because of the nature of a 100% personalized product made to measure,
no return nor exchange will be possible.

the intact shoes must be returned at your expense and within five days following the communication of our agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any falsification of its contents,
or if the measurements reveal a foot pathology which can compromise the suitable realization of the shoes.
We will inform you and refund you by cheque without delay.

III - TIME

From the day we receive the documents of order and payment, about two to three weeks are necessary to make your shoes.
If the lasts or materials requested are not in stock, there can be a delay of four to six weeks.
The delays cannot be proven against any request for damages.

IV - DELIVERY
